After 24 years in public service and the hospitality industry, I transitioned from corporate leadership to focus on people-centric outcomes through coaching and specialized change management. Beyond my official roles as a senior advisor to government executives, I have long served as a confidential strategic partner and ‘narrative challenger’ for private-sector leaders. This cross-industry exposure has given me a deep, holistic insight into the unique struggles and systemic challenges senior leaders face—whether in the public or private domain. Today, I marry that extensive government background with my history of high-level private counsel to guide sustainable, human-centered transformation.
